During the days of the conference, an expo area will be available for companies specialized in technologies, products and services related to the world of Geosynthetics. The area will be an interesting opportunity to engage with public and private consultants, contractors, universities, designers participating in the conference.

IGS Corporate Member Exclusive Selection Deadline

Booth Assignment
Please provide all of your choices for booth space. Booths are awarded based on IGS Corporate Member seniority. If you have not completed the form with all 5 preferred choices, and none of your choices are available during the assignment process, you may forfeit your exclusive selection draft spot. Once the booth and sponsorship awards have been assigned, your company will receive an invoice and payment information.
Booths assignments will be distributed to IGS Corporate Members, who applied prior to the deadline, by 22 November 2022.
Sponsorships and exhibit space will open to all remaining interested companies on 23 November 2022. IGS Corporate Members who do not participate in the Corporate Member Exclusive Selection Period forfeit the opportunity to select a booth based on seniority. After the Corporate Member Selection Period all remaining booths in the exhibition area will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.
According IGS Bylaws and corresponding conference guidelines IGS Corporate Members receive a 20% discount on booth space.
Each booth will have the following size : 3m x 2m:
1. Please fill out the sponsorship / exhibition application form.
2. E-mail it to the 12 ICG Secretariat ([email protected]).
3. Deposit 30 % of the total amount within 30 days after submission of the sponsorship / exhibition application form.
4. Pay the balance (70 %) by 31 March 2023.

In case of cancellation before 30 April 2023, 50% of full payment will be refunded.
From 1 May 2023 nothing will be refunded.
