Call for papers

On January 31, 2023 the results of almost 350 papers reviews have been sent to all authors by email.
If you did not receive the review result of your abstracts, please login in Conftool and check the acceptance status of your submission.
Authors are now invited to proceed with the final submission by 30 March 2023 according to the requests received from the reviewers.

• Final Papers submission (camera-ready) deadline: 30 March, 2023.

• In case your contribution has been already definitely accepted (no revisions required), you are enabled since now to upload your final version of both doc (or latex) and pdf files (camera ready files).
• If revisions have been required, please update the paper and upload the updated version
• In all cases, authors are asked to upload three files for each final paper submitted:
  1. Pdf file
  2. Doc or docx file
  3. pdf file of “Licence to publish OA + PVF 12 ICG” (editable PDF available in author instructions)
• In the ‘contribution details’ area, update the title and abstract as reported in the final uploaded manuscript, since these data will be included in the proceedings index and conference program. You are also requested to select the presenting author. Should you need to change the list of authors (including email addresses) please send a message to [email protected]

• The maximum number of pages for the paper is 6.

• All papers must be submitted only via the online submission system. The Submitting Authors of papers can access the paper submission feature by logging in (with the Username and Password obtained for registration and abstract submission), thereafter by clicking on “your submissions”
• At least one author of each accepted paper must register to the conference. Papers without at least one registered author will not be published. Each full registration fee allows to publish only one (1) manuscript. Additional accepted papers can be published with an extra paper fee of 100.00 Euros per manuscript. Accepted papers will be included in the digital conference proceedings, provided the full registration fee, or paper fee is paid. Payments must be made online at the registration page.

• USB Card Proceedings will be published by CRC Press / Balkema, Taylor & Francis Group. Since we are aware of the importance, for academics and authors, of the indexing of their works, the Editor will send the Proceedings to the indexing services (Scopus, EI and Compendex).
